Wellness Understanding
A clear statement on health, healing, and personal responsibility
Last Updated: January 25, 2026
To Our Fellow Members,
Nature's Place exists to support your journey toward wholeness—remembering your purpose, reconnecting with nature, and restoring balance to body, mind, and spirit.
We share knowledge, wisdom, and practices drawn from many traditions: ancient and modern, scientific and spiritual. Some of what we explore challenges mainstream thinking. We believe that's valuable—but we also believe in your right to make informed choices.
This page explains what we offer, what we don't, and how to engage wisely with our content.
What We Share
Educational Content: Everything shared in Nature's Place is educational and exploratory. We present ideas, research, traditional wisdom, and personal experiences for your consideration—not as prescriptions or diagnoses.
Traditional & Alternative Perspectives: We explore modalities that may not be accepted by mainstream medicine or science, including:
Total Biology
The study of how emotional conflicts may manifest as physical symptoms. This is a theoretical framework for self-exploration, based on the work of Claude Sabbah and others. It is not a diagnostic system.
Astronomical Cosmological Astrology
Astrology using actual stellar positions to explore personality, purpose, and life patterns. This is a tool for self-reflection and spiritual inquiry, not prediction or fate.
Nutritional Wisdom
Traditional and research-based perspectives on food, soil health, and physical wellbeing. This is general education, not personalized medical nutrition therapy.
Mind-Body Practices
Various approaches to healing that honor the connection between physical health, emotional state, and spiritual alignment.
Practitioner Guidance: Members with expertise may offer guidance to fellow members. This is peer support within a spiritual fellowship—sharing what has helped them and others. It is not the provision of licensed professional services.
Technology Tools: Our apps (such as the NEW EARTH APP) help you track and understand your own data. They are tools for self-awareness, not diagnostic devices. Any patterns or insights they reveal are starting points for your own exploration, not medical conclusions.
What We Do Not Provide
We want to be absolutely clear:
No Medical Diagnosis: We do not diagnose diseases or medical conditions. If you're experiencing health symptoms, please consult qualified healthcare providers.
No Medical Treatment: We do not treat, cure, or claim to heal medical conditions. Any healing that occurs through practices explored here is your own journey—we simply share tools and perspectives.
No Replacement for Professional Care: Nothing in Nature's Place replaces the care of licensed physicians, mental health professionals, or other qualified practitioners. We complement; we do not replace.
No Guarantees: Each person's path is unique. We make no promises about outcomes from any practice, tool, or wisdom shared here.
Your Responsibility
As a member of this Private Membership Association, you take responsibility for your own journey:
Informed Choice
You choose what resonates and what to explore. We provide information; you decide how to apply it.
Professional Consultation
For any health concern, work with qualified professionals. Use what you learn here as one input among many.
Discernment
Not everything will be right for you. Trust your own knowing. Take what serves you; leave what doesn't.
Emergency Situations
If experiencing a medical emergency, seek immediate professional care. This fellowship is for learning and growth, not crisis intervention.
A Note on Total Biology
Because Total Biology is central to some of our educational content, a specific note:
Total Biology proposes that many physical symptoms arise from unresolved emotional conflicts—that the body expresses what the psyche cannot resolve. This framework, developed by Claude Sabbah building on earlier work, maps thousands of potential conflict-symptom relationships.
We find this perspective valuable for self-exploration. However:
- This is a theoretical framework, not established medical science
- Correlation (noticing a conflict around the time symptoms began) is not causation
- Exploring possible emotional components does NOT mean ignoring physical treatment
- We present this for educational purposes—"here's an interesting lens"—not as diagnosis or treatment protocol
If Total Biology perspectives help you understand yourself better, wonderful. If they don't resonate, that's equally valid. This is one tool among many.
A Note on Astrology
Astronomical cosmological astrology is used in our fellowship for self-reflection and purpose exploration. It is:
- A spiritual and philosophical practice, not a predictive science
- Based on actual astronomical positions (sidereal), not symbolic seasons
- A tool for contemplation, not a deterministic fate map
- One lens for understanding yourself, not the only truth
Your chart may offer insights. It does not dictate your life.
Our Philosophy
We believe the body has wisdom. We believe emotional and spiritual states affect physical health. We believe ancient traditions hold valuable knowledge. We believe you have the right to explore these ideas.
We also believe in honesty. Some of what we share is well-established science. Some is traditional wisdom that predates modern research. Some is emerging theory that challenges current paradigms. We try to be clear about which is which.
We're not here to convince you of anything. We're here to share what we've learned and create space for you to explore. Your conclusions are your own.
Summary
Nature's Place is a fellowship for learning, growth, and mutual support. We share knowledge that has helped us remember our purpose and move toward wholeness.
We are not a medical facility. We are not licensed healthcare providers. We are fellow travelers sharing what we've learned.
Take what serves you. Consult professionals for medical concerns. Trust your own discernment. And know that you're welcome here, exactly as you are, on whatever path you're walking.
